An unlikely trio, local Banffites Andy Burke (entrepreneur), Chris Beecroft (construction) and Jay Ahn (hospitality) teamed up their areas of expertise to open this intimate space serving up a mostly Mediterranean-Asian-inspired menu. The warm, rustic space offers a fun, playful vibe. It’s the perfect place to hit up for a cocktail, some tapas, or a full meal.
Chef Stephane Prevost brings years of experience (former chef-owner of Banff favourites; Typhoon and Cafe Soleil) to the kitchen. The menu is bursting in variety, from Izakaya favourites such as Tako Yaki and Karaage Chicken to Smoked Bison Flatbread, along with a crowd-pleaser Cheese and Charcuterie board and much more.
